The Chandigarh Administration has reaffirmed that its officers will be available to the public every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in their offices .
During this time, the officers should not schedule any meetings on Wednesday and remain present in their respective offices, unless there is any exigency of circumstances.
The Administrator, Sh Gulab Chand Kataria emphasised the importance of these dedicated hours for public engagement by the officers of Chandigarh Administration and further directed the officers to ensure they give dedicated time for public meeting on every Wednesdays.
