Panjab University, Chandigarh has improved its overall score among universities in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF Rankings 2024 ) announced today by Ministry ofEducation, GOI. The rankings were released by Sh Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Education, GOI.
PU has been ranked 38 among universities with a score of 55.11, a slight improvement over its score of 54.86 in the year 2023.
PU has been ranked 5th among all state Universities, with a score of 67.43.
PU has maintained its rank in the bracket of 11-50 on innovation parameters, same as in the year 2023
University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS) has improved its rank to 7th among all pharmaceutical institutions, improvement in its rank of 8th in the year 2023.
Similarly, Dental Institute of PU has been ranked 27th, a marked improvement from its rank of 34th last year.
