East headed by SHO/PS IT Park has successfully arrested accused two Person, 1st Ashish @ Neeraj S/O Brahm Lal, R/O #1545 New Indira Colony, Mani Majra Chandigarh, Age-26/yrs while he was carrying 06.90 Gram Cocaine net weight and 2nd Jatin @Koki S/O Madan Singh, R/O H No-1310 New Indra Colony Mani Majra Age-19 Years while he was carrying 08.00 Gram Cocaine net weight in his possession without permit or Licenses.
This case has been registered on the complaint of ASI Surender Singh 1751/CHG, PS IT Park, UT, Chandigarh reported that on 10.02.2024 at about 05.40 PM while he along with other police officials were on patrolling duty Near Gill Farm Kishangarh Chowk to Railway Fatak Road Mani Majra, Chandigarh, he nabbed one suspected Person Ashish @ Neeraj S/O Brahm Lal, R/O #1545 N New Indira
Colony, Mani Majra Chandigarh, Age-26/yrs while he was carrying 06.90 Gram Cocaine net weight.
On his disclosure statement he stated that, he sells the narcotic substance cocaine along with Jatin @ Koki S/o Madan Singh and he can get him caught with the narcotic substance cocaine. Railway Fatak, IT Park side and recovered net weight 8.00 Gram narcotic substance cocaine from his possession without any permit or licenses.
On this a case FIR no.07 dated 10.02.2024 has been registered against both accused and produce
before the Hon’ble Court.
