From Afghan dry fruits and traditional Rajasthani sweets to Kerala’s much-loved banana chips and gourmet snacks, the food pavilion at the CII Chandigarh Fair brings together an enticing range of regional and international food offerings. Featuring exporters, speciality food producers and established brands, the pavilion at Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh, offers visitors an opportunity to discover diverse flavours and culinary traditions under one roof.

Among the international exhibitors, Afghani Flavors from Afghanistan showcases an assortment of dry fruits and gourmet products, including cherries, macadamia nuts, honey amla, pecan nuts, white Mamra almonds, saffron-flavoured makhana, dried mango, Afghan blackberries and roseberries. Shri Shyam Tilpatti Udyog, Jaipur, brings the taste of traditional Indian sweets through its range of mewa barfi, Marwari barfi, chikki and the city’s speciality, tilpatti, made using sesame and jaggery. Organic Patwa presents organic red rice, Khapli atta and red poha, highlighting traditional grains and alternative food choices.

From Kerala, Beyond Snacks offers an extensive range of flavoured banana chips, building on the state’s much-loved Nendran banana-chip tradition with contemporary flavours. Roasted Namkeen, an oil-free Indian snack brand from Gujarat, features millet bhujia, dhania chivda and itli puri, combining familiar snack formats with alternative ingredients.

A Rajasthan-based exhibitor adds to the regional spread with traditional sweets and pickles such as ker sangri, gunda, lasoda, mango and garlic achars, showcasing the state’s distinctive use of local ingredients and spices.

The pavilion also features established brands such as Bonn, Bikano, Max Protein and Frütico, bringing an extensive selection of packaged snacks, protein-based products and gourmet offerings. Their presence alongside smaller producers and exporters creates a diverse showcase of food businesses and products.

With flavours and specialities from different regions and countries, the food pavilion offers visitors a chance to explore new tastes, rediscover traditional favourites and experience the diversity of India’s food culture alongside international offerings. The CII Chandigarh Fair continues at Parade Ground, Sector 17, until 2 November 2026.
