The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday has arrested Chief Health Inspector, Bhojudih, Adra Division, S.E. Railway, Distt- Bokaro, in a bribery case. The CBI registered the instant case on 15.09.2026 based on a complaint against the said accused person. It was alleged that the accused Chief Health Inspector, demanded undue advantage of Rs. 25,000 from the complainant for sanction of medical leave.
The CBI laid a trap and caught the accused red handed while accepting undue advantage of Rs. 10,000 from the complainant.
Searches were conducted at the office and residential premises of the accused public servant.Investigation is continuing.
