The CBI Court, Jammu has convicted and sentenced the accused Rajinder Koul, Senior Manager, Central Bank of India (now dismissed from service) and a private person, Sham Sunder Aggarwal to One Year imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 20,000 each in a Bank Fraud Case.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered the instant case against Rajinder Koul, the then Senior Manager, Central Bank of India, Talab Tillo Branch, Jammu and others for disbursement of housing loan based on fake and forged documents.
After completion of investigation, CBI filed chargesheet on 22.09.2007. The Hon’ble Court, after the trial, convicted the above-mentioned accused on 29.06.2026 and sentenced them on 30.06.2026.
