The PO namely Raj Kumar S/o Krishna, # VillJagadhari, Derabassi, Punjab has been arrested in ICMS/2026/032266 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and accused produce in the court of Ms.RituTanwar JMIC Chandigarh. Accused released on bail.

The PO namely Harpal Kaur Bhatia W/o Late Gurjeet Singh Bhatia, R/o 1044 Sector 70, Mohali, PB has been arrested in Multipal cases Nact/ 4115/2018, Nact/4116/2018, Nact/13787/2018 U/S 138 NI Act. She was arrested and produce in the court of Ms.Ramandeep Kaur JMIC JMIC Chandigarh. Accused release on bail.
