CHANDIGARH POLICE P.O. CELL NABS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER VIKAS FROM DELHI

In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of Ms.KanwardeepKaur, SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh Vijay Kumar,SP City,Chandigarh DANIPS and the team headed by Sh. P. Abinandhan, Dy.SP DCC, andSh. Jasbir Singh, Inspector/In charge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.

KNOW THE ACCUSED: . Proclaimed Offender (PO) namely Vikash Kumar S/o Prem Shankar Bhagel, who is stated to be the Director of M/s GNEC Media Pvt. Ltd., R/o House No. D-23, 3rd Floor, Gali No. 4, Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi, from Delhi NCR. The accused was wanted in the following cases before the Hon’ble Court of JMIC, Chandigarh, He was wanted in 11 cases filed  by VISPL during year 2021 to 2024.

Another PO namely NamelyNarender Srivastav s/o Subhash Srivastav # 46 A , DS Enclave Dhakoli , (Zirakpur) in Mohali Diastt. has been arrested in NACT / 1595/2022 u/s 138 NI Act, by the court of Ms.Ramandeep Kaur JMIC.

The arrest of the proclaimed offender reflects the continuous efforts of PO & Summon Staff, Chandigarh Police, in tracing and apprehending proclaimed offenders and absconders and ensuring their production before the Hon’ble Courts.
