CHANDIGARH POLICE WORK CASE ON STABBING TAXI DRIVER AT SECTOR 28 PETROL PUMP

Police achieved a major success by arresting an accused namely Shivam @ Ande S/o Viresh Kumar R/o # 720/24, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, who along with his 3-4 accomplices had assaulted and stabbed a taxi driver with some sharp edged weapon, after an altercation erupted between them at Bharat Petroleum Pump, Sector-28, Chandigarh on 26-07-2026, regarding which, FIR No. 96 dated 27-07-2026 u/s 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was lodged at Police Station, Sector-26, Chandigarh.

Subsequently, the case ibid. has been worked out. Further, efforts are being made to arrest rest of the accomplices of accused Shivam @ Ande, who are still at large.,The arrested accused identified as Shivam @ Ande son of Viresh Kumar,  # 720/24, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, Aged 20 Years. No previous record found against him.
