CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST NATASHA NOSHAD SHEIKH ALIAS POONAM OBEROI OVER CHEQUE BOUNCE; SEEN ASSOCIATED WITH MYFLEDGE ACCUSE

A cheque bounce case of ₹2,00,000 has been filed against Natasha Noshad Sheikh, also known as Poonam Oberoi, at the Borivali Court in Mumbai by Mrs. Aarti Rohit Monde.

As per available information, the matter is currently under judicial consideration, and proceedings are ongoing in the court. The accused Natasha Noshad Sheikh (Poonam Oberoi) has been absconding and not appearing in the courts due to which the court issued an arrest warrant on her.

In a recent development, Poonam Oberoi has been seen with MyFledge Private Limited accuse Bishwajit Badal Ghosh and Piyalee Shyamlendu Chatterjee. The company has been in the news in recent times in connection with cheque bounce-related matters and complaints raised by students.

The case concerning Poonam Oberoi remains sub judice, and further developments are awaited as per the legal process.

According to available court information, MyFledge Private Limited also known as Fledge Institute of Aviation and Hospitality has been facing multiple cheque bounce cases. The Mumbai court has reportedly granted a final opportunity for appearance on April 29, 2026, in connection with 32 cheque dishonour cases amounting to approximately ₹4,44,48,000.

Separately, a criminal complaint has been filed by actor Aayush Shah and his sister Mausam Shah against individuals associated with the company, including Bishwajit Badal Chandra Ghosh and Piyalee Shyamlendu Chatterjee, among others. The complaint includes allegations of cheating, forgery, and criminal breach of trust. The matter is currently being heard in the Andheri court.

Additionally, several students have raised concerns and complaints regarding their experience with the institute, including issues related to commitments and placement support.
