‘GOPAL VATIKA’ AND ‘GAU-GOPAL PARIKRAMA’ INAUGURATED AT GAUSHALA

On the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, the newly constructed ‘Gau-Gopal Parikrama’ and ‘Gopal Vatika’ at the Gaushala on Fazilka Road were inaugurated by Swami Brahmrita, Mayor Pooja Wadhwa, and Market Committee Chairman Rajinder Kamboj.

The Arhtiya Association had contributed Rs 23 lakh in 2022 for the ‘Gau-Gopal Parikrama’ and the “Satsang Hall”. For the construction of ‘Gopal Vatika’, Krishan Gupta donated Rs 1.51 lakh in memory of his late father, Satpal Gupta, and mother, Kanta Devi Gupta; Dayavanti Devi Singla donated Rs 1.25 lakh in memory of her late husband, Sugan Chand Singla. For the construction of the ‘Gau-Gopal Parikrama’, the family of Jagdish Bihani contributed Rs 2 lakh in memory of the late Sarita Bihani. Former Market Committee Chairman Krishan Nagpal’s family contributed Rs 2 lakh for the installation of the ‘Gau-Gopal’ idol in memory of his late parents.

Swami Brahmrita said that serving ‘Gau-Mata’ is not merely an act of earning spiritual merit but a legacy of values and responsibility for our future generations. On behalf of the International Brahmrishi Mission (Abohar branch), she presented a contribution of Rs 1 lakh to the cow shelter for the service and protection of the cows. Mayor Pooja Wadhwa and Market Committee Chairman Rajinder Kamboj highly appreciated the untiring efforts of the Gaushala management.

Gaushala President Fakir Chand Goyal and General Secretary Rakesh Kalani expressed their gratitude to the office-bearers of the Arhtiya Association, Abohar, donors and other distinguished guests.
