LED BY MLA, PEOPLE IN ABOHAR REMEMBER MARTYR UDHAM SINGH

MLA Sandeep Jakhar, along with Mayor Pooja Wadhwa, councillors and other prominent BJP activists today paid tribute to revolutionary martyr Udham Singh on his martyrdom day. During the program, all the people paid floral tributes to the statue of Martyr Udham Singh and paid tribute to his unique courage, patriotism and sacrifice.

The MLA said that the sacrifice of martyr Udham Singh is the golden chapter of India’s freedom struggle. He demonstrated India’s identity and self-respect to the whole world by avenging the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. His life is an immortal inspiration for patriotism, courage and struggle against injustice. Today it is the duty of all of us to follow the path shown by the martyrs and keep the national interest paramount and make the new generation aware of their lives and sacrifices. He said the life of martyr Udham Singh, embracing the noose of the gallows with a smile for the sake of independence, stands as an unmatched example of patience, resolve, and patriotism. All those present at the meeting pledged to follow the ideals of martyr Udham Singh.
