Upon huge complaints of cases of immigration fraud by illegal immigration company, Police swung into action and arrested Sagar R/o # 26/B Geet Colony Taraori District – Karnal Haryana (age 22 year) who was running immigration office at SCO No. 143-44 Sec-9/C, Chandigarh without any registration and permission and Disobeyed the order of DM, UT Chandigarh. A Case FIR No. 44 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh and later on bailed out.
In another case Police arrested Anil Beniwal R/o # 1512 Sector-15 Panchkula Haryana (age 45 year) who was running immigration office at SCO No. 167-68, 2nd floor Sector-8/C, Chandigarh without any registration and permission and disobeyed the order of DM, UT Chandigarh. A Case FIR No. 45 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
Chandigarh Police arrested Lovepreet Singh R/o Village – Bure Majra District – Patiala Punjab (age 23 years) who was running immigration office at SCO No. 137-38, 2nd floor Sector-9/C, Chandigarh without any registration and permission and disobeyed the order of DM, UT Chandigarh. A Case FIR No. 46 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
