New case case FIR No.75 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act. has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Gautam R/o # 970, Sec-79, Mohali Punjab. Mohit R/o VPO-Matand, Gohana, Sonipat, Haryana and Gulab Singh R/o Adarsh Colony Karnal, Haryana against Shiv Kumar, Neha Gautam, Tara and others of “The High Visa Consultant” SCO No. 1096-1097, Sector- 22/B, Chandigarh They cheated complainant’s for Rs. 30,90,000/- on the pretext of providing American work visa. No arrest has been so made so far.
WORLD WALK IMMIGRATION AND CONSULTANT CHEATS 13.95 LAKH
A case FIR No. 76 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Vikram Singh R/o Village Amargarh, District Mallerkotla , Punja, Hardeep Singh and others R/o village Lalhri Tehsil Haroli ,District Una Himachal, Mohd. Aakil ,Mohd. Insar and Aabid Khan R/o VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi Himachal Pradesh and Manjeet Singh R/o Village Garkhal Jammu against Anubhav Garg @ Anshu (Proprietor) of World Walk Immigration and Consultant at SCO No.110-111, 2nd Floor, Sector-17/C, Chandigarh & others they cheated to complainants for RS 13,95,000/- on the pretext of providing work visa. Investigation of this case is in progress, but no arrest has been made so far.

A case FIR No. 135 U/S 316(2), 318(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Amardeep Singh R/o # 56, Village Dhaliwan, Tehsil Samrala, Ludhiana Punjab against Rajdeep Singh R/o # 2516, Ph-7 Mohali Punjab owner of Angad Overseas Immigration, SCO No. 483-484, 1st Floor, Sector-35/C Chandigarh who Cheated complainants for Rs 5,25,000/- to send him abroad.
Setup Overseas Immigration Company allegedly cheated 1.70 lakhs
A case FIR No. 88 U/S 316(2), 318(4) BNS 2025 has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Abhishek R/O Vill. Shahpur, Tehsil Dhaliwal, District. Gurdaspur Punjab against Aisha Thakur, Abhishek Thakur, Avimanyou Thakur Director of Setup Overseas Immigration Company SCO No. 364, Sec-34 Chandigarh and others they cheated the complainant for Rs 1,70,000/- to send him abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.
