A Case FIR No. 82 U/S 464, 465, 470, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Station sector – 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Tilak Raj R/O # 350 Sector-40/A, Chandigarh against Parvesh Kumar and his wife both R/o # M/S Friends Float Glass Company, Sector-9, Noida (UP) they cheated with complainant to transferred the car in his name without his permission and documents.
No arrest has been made so far.Investigation of this case is in progress.
