ARTRAC OBSERVES 11TH INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA WITH FERVOUR

11th International Day of Yoga was celebrated at Army Training Command (ARTRAC) on the theme “Yoga for One Earth One Health” with fervour. The event witnessed active participation by all ranks and families of HQ ARTRAC & the station units. The event was led by Mrs Shalini Kushwah, Regional Vice President AWWA, ARTRAC, Ayush Ministry certified Yoga Instructor and Art of Living Faculty.

(MOREPIC1)The yoga sessions encompassed various aspects of yoga to include postures, breathing techniques, meditation etc. Participants also had the opportunity to interact with Yoga Expert and gain valuable insights into incorporating Yoga as a way of life and pursue their individual yoga journeys.

As the world celebrates the 11th anniversary of International Day of Yoga, ARTRAC’s festivities stand as a testament to the enduring power of Yoga to unite communities, inspire personal growth and promote global well- being.
