A Case FIR No 93 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Amanpreet Singh R/o # Vill. Haryaon, Distt. Patiala and others against Gagandeep Singh R/o # 466 Sec-25 Chandigarh owner and others of Skyline Experts SCO No 77-78 Sector-17/D Chandigarh.
Police said, they cheated complainant’s for Rs 46,25,780/- on the pretext of providing a work visa to Australia.
No arrest has been made so far. Investigation of this case is in progress.
