SANJEEV ARORA RESIGNS AS MD OF HAMPTON SKY REALTY FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT AS PUNJAB CABINET MINISTER

Sanjeev Arora has resigned from the office of Managing Director of Hampton Sky Realty Ltd and other eight companies of the group due to his appointment as the Member of the Legislative Assembly followed by his appointment as the Cabinet Minister in Punjab Government.

Arora, on Sunday, intimated to this effect the Board of Directors, Hampton Sky Realty Ltd through a resignation letter, stating that he tendered his resignation from the office of Managing Director of Hampton Sky Realty Ltd., with effect from August 03, 2025.

Adding, he added that pursuant to his recent election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly w.e.f. June 23, 2025 representing the State of Punjab, he had also been vested with the distinguished responsibility of serving as a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Punjab as appointed by the Governor of Punjab w.e.f. July 3, 2025. The assumption of this high public office necessitates his undivided attention and unwavering commitment to the service of the State of Punjab and its people. He added, “In light of the paramount public interest and constitutional responsibilities not only it is incumbent upon me, but it is even unequivocally untenable for me to continue holding the office of Managing Director in the Company.”

He expressed his sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors, the senior management team, and all stakeholders for their unwavering support, cooperation, and professionalism during my association with the Company.

Further, he mentioned in his resignation letter that he has always endeavoured to discharge his duties with diligence and integrity, and he is confident that the Company will continue on its path of responsible growth under the stewardship of the current leadership.
