WALKATHON ON CYBER SECURITY AWARENESS BY BANKERS’ CLUB ON AUG 31

The Bankers’ Club, Chandigarh, is organizing a Walkathon on Cybersecurity Awareness on August 31, 2025, at 6:15 AM at Sukhna Lake. This initiative aims to sensitize citizens about the importance of cybersecurity, digital discipline, and safe online practices.

The event will be graced by the presence of the Deputy Governor, Shri M. Rajeshwar Rao and Executive Directors of the Reserve Bank of India, along with Mr. Lalit Taneja, GM, PNB and Secretary of the Bankers’ Club, senior dignitaries, and leading bankers from the region.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Vivek Srivastava, President of the Bankers’ Club & Regional Director, RBI, said: “In today’s digital era, cybersecurity awareness is as essential as health. Through this Walkathon, we seek to inspire every citizen to adopt safe and responsible online habits.”
