Aravali International School, Panchkula, hosted the Pre-Primary Educators’ Conclave 2025, bringing together educators and experts to explore innovative practices that make early learning joyful, skill-based, and emotionally enriching.

The conclave featured eminent speakers Mrs. Ruma Vishal Mundhar and Mrs. Sonia Dheer, who shared insights into blending structured learning with play-based activities and real-life experiences. Mrs. Mundhar emphasized the need for new pedagogical approaches that not only build foundational skills but also make classrooms engaging and interactive.

Distinguished panelists — Mrs. Ritu Chaudhary, Mrs. Samriddhi, Mrs. Sonu Khurana, Mrs. Parinita Sharma, Dr. Anjali Arora, along with the keynote speakers — highlighted the role of mindfulness, meditation, and emotional anchoring in shaping young learners. They stressed that early education must go beyond academics, nurturing creativity, resilience, and emotional intelligence as essential life skills.

Delegates also discussed practical strategies to overcome challenges in pre-primary education. Through interactive workshops, teachers engaged in hands-on activities that demonstrated how skill-based methods can be seamlessly integrated into classrooms. The sessions ensured that learning was not just discussed but actively practiced, making the conclave both engaging and collaborative.

Expressing her gratitude, Mrs. Gurvinder Sohi, Principal of Aravali International School, thanked all the speakers, panelists, and participants for their contributions. She noted, “Collaborative platforms like this empower educators to reimagine teaching, strengthen peer learning, and reaffirm our vision of building future-ready, joyful classrooms.”

The event concluded with enthusiastic feedback from educators, many of whom felt inspired to adopt the shared practices in their schools. The conclave reaffirmed the importance of equipping teachers with innovative tools and approaches to create a strong, holistic foundation for lifelong learning.
