In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.
The state case PO namely Fahan Khan S/o Tufain Khan R/o # 29-A VPO Dharamgarh District & Teh. Mohali has been arrested in Case FIR No. 43 dt 11.03.2020 U/S 279,341 IPC PS-11, Chandigarh. Accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Sumit kalon JMIC Chandigarh on dt. 25.09.2024. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Kaushal Singh Yadav JMIC (Duty Magistrate) Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
The state case PO namely Mohan Lal S/o Sh.Anant Ram VPO Saha Distt.Ambala, HR has been arrested in Case FIR No. 410/2015 u/s 279,337,304-A IPC PS-36, Chandigarh. Accused was declared PO by the court of Dr.Prikshit JMIC Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh.Sher Singh, JMIC (Duty Magistrate) Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One PO namely Bhinder Ram S/o Buti Ram R/o 334 Street no 1 Jujhar Nagar Mohali has been arrested in Complaint no- ICMS/2024/026258 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Bhawna gera JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate) and accused send to judicial custody.
One PO namely Hardeep Singh s/o Amrit Singh r/o village.shambu Khurd teh.rajpura Distt.patiala has been arrested in ICMS/2025/032260 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh.Jasbir Singh JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
One PO namely Gurmeet Singh s/o Bohar Singh r/o Kotli Road Golden Colony Near Little Flower School Muktsar PB has been arrested in NACT no.7214/23 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh.Jasbir Singh JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
8. One Non-Bailable warrant executed in which accused namely Devender S/o Bali Raj R/o 1227 Mouja Chak Jangi Baddi Himachal pardesh has been arrested in NACT/11558/2024. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Raminder kaur jmic Chd and accused sent to judicial custody Model jail Burail.
One conditional warrant executed in which accused namely Sandeep Gulati S/O Sh.Lalit Mohan Gulati Hno-37B Swastik Vihar MDC Sector-05 Panchkula HR has been arrested in RL/MISC/2861/2023 in 12 of Domestic Violence Act 2005. Accused produced the Duty Magistrate and Released on fulfill the condition.
