NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA, PANCHKULA ORGANIZES ANTI-RAGGING SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME

Under the leadership of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Sharma, the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Panchkula organized an Anti-Ragging Sensitization Programme on Monday. The programme aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of ragging and promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students.

(MOREPIC1)  Mrs. Shrishti Gupta, DCP Panchkula, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour and spoke about the ill effects of ragging on campus life. Advocate Shri Akshay Jain and ASI Mrs. Shivani Sharma delivered insightful talks highlighting the importance of anti-ragging awareness among students and staff.

The event was attended by Dean I/C Prof. Satish Gandharve, DMS Coordinator Dr. Gaurav Garg, Prof. Prahlad Raghu, and other esteemed faculty members of the institute.

The programme was successfully coordinated by Dr. Anoop M, Chairman of the Anti-Ragging Committee, along with his dedicated team.

Such sensitization programmes play a vital role in ensuring that educational institutions remain safe spaces that nurture mutual respect, understanding, and harmony among students.
