According to the General Secretary of Haryana Sports Welfare Association (Regd.), Mr. Amarjit Kumar,  the late Shri R.P. The tournament, online scoring on CricHero, and the tournament itself will be covered by BCCI/State Panel Umpires.

Amarjit Kumar further said, the primary objective of Haryana Sports Welfare Association (Regd.) is to regularly organize girls' cricket tournaments and “Beti Khilao” events based on the theme of “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao.” This is a social campaign of the Government of India aimed at spreading awareness about welfare services provided to girls and improving their efficiency.

The primary objective of regularly organizing boys' tournaments is to develop junior cricketers and provide them with a platform to hone their skills and showcase their talent at the national level. Additionally, the aim is to protect the youth from rural areas/backward sections/society from drug addiction and drug abuse.
