SUSPICIOUS CALL RAISES POSSIBLE TERROR THREAT, MAHANT MANOJ SHARMA WRITES TO PM

Former Social Media In-Charge of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Chandigarh (Punjab Province), Mahant Manoj Sharma has written a letter to the Prime Minister, Union Home Minister, Defence Minister, and other top authorities expressing concern over a suspicious call and a possible terror threat.

He stated that on December 8 and 10, 2025, he received calls on his mobile phone from an unknown number. The caller, claiming to be a courier employee, allegedly pressured him to dial a suspicious USSD code. In view of threats received earlier, Mahant Manoj Sharma termed the incident a serious security concern.

He has demanded a thorough investigation of the suspicious number, tracing of call details, and the provision of immediate security.
