DPS CELEBRATED CHRISTMAS WITH CREATIVITY AND CHEER

The Library Department of DPS School, Chandigarh successfully organized a series of Christmas activities for students of Classes 3 to 8 from December 22 to December 26, 2025. The initiative aimed to instill the values of love, harmony, sharing, and togetherness—the true spirit of Christmas—among young learners.

Students of Classes 3 to 5 enthusiastically participated in Ornament Making activities, where they decorated cardboard shapes and creatively designed Sock Snowmen and festive stars. Their imaginative expressions and colourful creations added a joyful festive ambience to the library.

Students of Classes 6 to 8 showcased their artistic skills through Christmas Card Making. They designed personalized Christmas and holiday cards, expressing warm wishes and festive messages with creativity and thoughtfulness.

The activities witnessed active participation, discipline and cooperation from all students. The library echoed with enthusiasm, creativity, and festive cheer, making the celebration meaningful and memorable.

The Director, Mrs Reema Dewan appreciated the efforts of the library staff for organizing engaging Christmas activities and reinforcing the values of creativity, sharing, and unity among students. She extended her warm wishes on the auspicious occasion of Christmas, and prayed for the global peace and harmony.
