With the objective of maintaining law and order and preventing the illegal exploitation of natural resources, various police teams are conducting regular patrols and surveillance. As part of this drive, Pinjore Police apprehended two vehicles involved in illegal mining activities.
Under the leadership of Pinjore Police Station In-charge Inspector Bachchu Singh, a police team intercepted an illegal tipper loaded with illegally mined material near village Basola at around 1:00 pm on December 28 during routine patrolling. Later the same day, at around 3:00 pm, a tractor-trolley carrying illegal mining material was also seized near village Vasudevpura. Further action was initiated by informing the Mining Department, following which the concerned vehicles were seized.
