A havan yagna was organized at the L.R.S.D.A.V. Sr. Sec. Model School campus on the first death anniversary of the founder chairman, Dev Mittar Ahuja.

Ahutis were made with full devotion, paying heartfelt tribute to the tall personality. Alka Satija, HoD Hindi, said that Ahuja provided visionary, strong, and inspiring leadership to the school for almost 52 years. As a result of his tireless efforts, unwavering dedication to education, and commitment to the community, the school established a distinguished reputation in the fields of academics, culture, and moral values.

Principal Smita Sharma, in her message, stated that the simple personality, visionary thinking, and affectionate guidance of the late Ahuja will always remain an inspiration for the school family. The seeds of education sown by him have today grown into a mighty banyan tree, who are guiding the lives of countless students.
