UT ADMINISTRATOR AND PUNJAB GOVERNOR CONDUCTS SURPRISE VISIT TO INDUSTRIAL AREA

The UT Administrator and Punjab Governor  Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria on Thursday, conducted a surprise visit to the Industrial Area, where Laghu Udyog Bharti extended a warm welcome. During the visit, the he inspected a few industrial plots and detailed discussions on various issues being faced by entrepreneurs.

The visit was accompanied  by Mr. Nishant Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Ms. Khushpreet Kaur, SDM (East), Mr. Mehta, Chief Architect, Chandigarh Administration, and Principal Secretary IAS Shri Vivek Pratap. The officers collectively elaborated on key issues related to infrastructure, planning, and administrative challenges of the Industrial Area.

Mr. Avi Bhasin, President, Laghu Udyog Bharti Chandigarh, raised several important issues  on behalf of the industrial fraternity. Mr. Sunil Khetarpal, Vice President, Laghu Udyog Bharti, also joined the interaction and shared valuable inputs regarding ground-level issues faced by entrepreneurs.

Shri Kataria patiently listened to all the concerns and assured that necessary steps would be taken to ensure timely and appropriate solutions in coordination with the concerned departments.
