NATIONAL VOTERS' DAY CELEBRATED AT DAV COLLEGE ABOHAR

Following the guidelines of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Punjab, and under the direction of Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mahajan, the NSS unit of DAV College Abohar organized various competitions – speech, slogan writing, and poetry recitation – on National Voters' Day.

NSS in-charge Sanjeev Kumar Gumber motivated the students to use their vote wisely and emphasized the importance of democracy, urging them to dedicate themselves to the country and society. Students – Lakshya, Dimple, and Keshav- delivered speeches on the significance of National Voters' Day. Patriotic songs were also presented to instill a sense of patriotism in the students.

The students took an oath on National Voters' Day to cast their votes impartially and without discrimination, thus contributing to the development of the country. The winning students of the competitions were felicitated. Dr. Anupal, Pooja Sharma, and other teachers were present on this occasion.
