MY BHARAT ORGANISES VOTER AWARENESS PADAYATRA AT A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN MOHALI

On the occasion of National Voters' Day, My Bharat, Mohali, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized a voter awareness padayatra (foot march) at a private university in the district of Mohali.

(MOREPIC1)  The objective of this program is to promote voter awareness, democratic values, and ethical voting among youth and first-time voters. Under the program, first-time registered voters were honored, a voter's pledge was administered, and a padayatra was organized.

On this occasion, the importance of voting was explained to the youth and especially to the first-time voters, and a special session was organized on the role of youth in the policy making of the country. More than 200 youths participated in the program.

The first-time voters were also honored with certificates of appreciation. The theme of the program was MY Bharat, My Vote.
