He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ambika Sharma JMIC Chandigarh, Accused sent to judicial custody Model jail Burail for 09.02.2026
One state case PO namely Gurwinder Singh @Gaggi S/o Sohan Lal R/o 539 Guru Nank Colony Jagtapura Mohali Punjab has been arrested in case FIR No 274 Dt 5/09/2017 US 379, 356, 411 IPC PS 31 Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh kaushal kumar Yadav JMIC Chandigarh, accused sent to judicial custody for 12.02.2026
