STUDENTS’ CENTRE INAUGURATED BY SANDEEP JAKHAR AT GOPICHAND ARYA MAHILA COLLEGE

MLA Sandeep Jakhar inaugurated a thoughtfully designed Students Center at Gopichand Arya Mahila College.

Jakhar congratulated the college management and faculty for initiating such a beautiful, meaningful, and student-centric project. Appreciating the transformation of the area into a vibrant and welcoming space, he remarked that such initiatives play a vital role in nurturing confident, responsible, and socially aware individuals. He encouraged students to work hard in life, dream big, and remain focused on their goals, while emphasising the importance of discipline, civic responsibility, and active participation in community welfare.

(SUBHEAD)During the interactive session, students Bhavya and Raina raised thoughtful queries, to which Sandeep Jakhar responded with insightful guidance, further motivating the students to become proactive citizens and future change-makers.

Also present were Charu Ahuja, Member, Governing Body (DAVCMC) and Dr. Shakuntla Midha. The Students’ Centre has been developed under the guidance of Eco Club and the Women Studies Centre Coordinator Amandeep Kaur, in collaboration with Jyoti Singhmar of the Department of Fine Arts.

Principal Dr. Rekha Sood Handa expressed gratitude to Sandeep Jakhar and presented a memento.
