A case FIR No. 89 dated 25.05.2022 U/S 409, 420, 468, 471, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS- Industrial Area, UT, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mr. Deepak Kumar, Branch Manager, Andhra Bank, Plot No. 57, Phase-1, Industrial Area, UT Chandigarh.
The case was registered against the proprietors i.e. Preeti Textiles Plot No. 798, Industrial Area, Sec.82, Mohali (Pb), Punjab Traders Ludihana (Pb), Aarti Textiles, Sector-13, Karnal (Hry), Karachi Bakers, Cabin No. 11, Plot No. 798, Industrial Area, Sec.82, Mohali (Pb), Global Enterprises, Cabin No. 11, Plot No. 798, Industrial Area, Sec.82, Mohali (Pb), M/s Adorn Communications, Sector-45, Burail, Chandigarh, Kusum Textiles, Ludhina (Pb), Naveen Cloth Merchants Phase-10, Mohali (Pb) and others , they all took the loan from Andhra Bank Plot No. 57, Phase-1, Industrial Area, UT Chandigarh by submitted forged and fake documents and cheated Rs. 01.04 Crore (1 Crore 4 Lacs Rs.).
Investigation of the case is in progress.
