Security to senior religious and social leaders who were at a high risk should be restored without delay. To prevent re-occurrence of shocking incidents, hard steps need to be taken.
People had reasons to believe that the AAP government in Punjab was emerging as an event management company that attached priority to publicity stunts instead of doing administrative business. If someone in a jail or living in Canada can manage murders in Punjab, where was the governance that AAP promised during polls, he asked.
