The Anti Narcotics squad of South-East District reportedly arrested one proclaimed offender Bhim Sen s/o Chunnilal R/o Faridabad, Haryana age 52 who was declared PO in a case of POCSO act by the Hon’ble Court.
Ms. Isha Pandey, IPS, DCP, said, a dedicated team comprising ASI Nasir Hussain and HC Subodh led by Insp. Rakesh Sharma I/c Anti Narcotics squad was constituted to trace and arrest proclaimed offender Bhim Sen s/o Chunnilal R/o Faridabad, Haryana age 52 yrs.
He was declared PO in case FIR No. 88/14, u/s 376/506 IPC and 4/5/6 POCSO Act, PS Govindpuri. Staff searched him at his home many times but he was absconding. Thereafter, staff developed its sources and came to know that he used to visit his home randomly. His mobile number was traced and put on surveillance.
Ultimately, on 31.05.2022, staff located him through his mobile phone and succeeded to arrest him from sector 32, Faridabad, Haryana. After arrest, he was produced before the Hon’ble Court and sent to judicial custody.
Accused Bhim Sen s/o Chunnilal R/o Faridabad, Haryana age 52 yrs is illiterate. He has nothing to do to earn his livelihood. No previous involvement has been found against him.
