ILLEGAL RECOVERY CASE: POLICE RECOVERED 24.60 LACS. PISTOL, LARGE AMOUNT OF JEWELERY DURING PRODUCTION WARRANT FROM ANIL BHALLA

On the instructions of Commissioner of Police Panchkula Dr. Hanif Qureshi, under the leadership of DCP Panchkula Mr. Surendra Pal Singh, ACP Crime Mr. Aman Kumar, ACP Mr. Surendra Singh and  Incharge of  Police Station Sector 5 Mr. Sukhbir Singh got production warrant of Accused Anil Bhalla, the Police recovered 24,60,600.00 cash, 1 pistol, large amount of jewelery from him.

Police on May 30 last had recovered  4.63 crores, jewellery, money, opium and 2 illegal pistols, 3 magazines, 11 live cartridges from the accused Anil Bhalla and Sahil Bhalla and their family members. Police recovered crores of rupees from Anil Bhalla's wife and daughter-in-law during interrogation about cash, jewellery, opium, pistol, cartridges, again during search from Anil Bhalla's house, from Anil's house on  June 8 and some stamp papers and blank cheques with signatures, which seems a part of illegal recovery.

Apart from this, on 30 May 2022, 697 grams of opium recovered from Anil Bhalla's wife Anju Bhalla and Ajali's wife Sahil Bhalla. During interrogation Anil Bhalla and Sahil Bhalla disclosed that Sahil had in bought opium from one Nirmal Singh son  of Narata Ram, resident of village Basoul of Pinjore. 

On 08 June 2022, ACP Crime Shri Aman Kumar, while preparing a separate team, raided the house of Nirmal Singh  with result, 3.564  kg 564 opium (worth about 10 lakh rupees)  recovered from the accused Nirmal Singh and registered case FIR No. 335 dated 08.06.2022,  under Section 18-61-85 NDPS Act at Police Station Pinjore. Police got six days remand for further interrogation of the accused.
