Local Police reported to have registered one more case of cheating, fraud and conspiracy against GBP Builders, fled with 2500 crores of investors, locking the office of Sector 34 here.
Police said, case FIR No. 99, U/S 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Narinder Kumar, Ravi Kumar and Chander Bhan all R/o # 32233 Gali No. 11 Ward No. 43, Bathinda City, (PB) who alleged that Satish Kumar Gupta, Raman Gupta, Pardeep Gupta, Anupam Gupta R/o M/S Gupta Builders and Promoters GBP Pvt. Ltd. SCO No. 196-197, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh cheated the complainants regarding booking of residential plot at Banur-Landran road, Mohali (Pb).
