AMRITSAR COMPANY BOOKED DUPING 1.70 CRORES IN PRETEXT OF JOING PROJECT DIRECTOR

Police reported to have registered FIR No. 100, U/S 406, 419, 420, 477, 120B IPC in Sextor-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident  Sector 36, Chandigarh.

Chandigarh Woman alleged that Naresh Arora R/o # 98, Basant Avenue, Amritsar, (PB) and others partners of M/s. Design Boxed Creative Pvt. Ltd. offered to complainant to join as project director in their Chandigarh Office situated at SCO No. 371, 373, cabin No. 7-8, Sector 34A, Chandigarh.

They cheated total Rs. 1.70 Crore  from the complainant at different occasions regarding investment in their business by assuring her to get good returns. Investigation of the case is in progress.

In an other case of cheating case FIR No. 63, U/S 406, 420, 120B IPC & 4 prize chits & money circulation scheme Act 1978, has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the complaint of Nakul Kumar R/o # 793, Village Dadumajra, Chandigarh who alleged that Vijay Kumar R/o # 683 Village Dadumajra, Chandigarh was running committee business cheated the complainant of Rs. 2 lakh regarding invested in committee in 2019. Investigation of case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
