Motia Group on the occasion of International Day of Yoga, hosted a rejuvenating Yoga and meditation session. The session began around 8 AM. Amid an ongoing pandemic, the Yoga session by Punjab’s reputed developer Motia Group was initiated as a step towards encouraging a healthy lifestyle, coupled with imbibing Yoga as a practice on daily basis.
The initiative was planned to promote the physical and mental well-being of the participants. Around 60 to 70 people participated in the Yoga Day session and gave an enlightening start to their day with a diverse set of Asanas.
“Yoga is a great practice for both the body and the mind, it offers peace which helps them get through daily stress. This Yoga Day we at Motia Group organized this session to enhance the spirit to which the above quote resonates. Each of us needs to take time out for ourselves and think of our mental and physical well-being. Nothing can be better than yoga and meditation to gain that calm and composure back in our lives”, said Mr LC Mittal, Director, Motia Group.
