THE NEXUS CHEATED APPROX. 250 JOB SEEKERS. , THEY FORMED A FAKE PLACEMENT AGENCY AND CHEATED JOB SEEKERS OF APPROXIMATELY RS. 23 LAKHS IN THE NAME OF REGISTRATION FEES. 16 MOBILE PHONES AND 02 LAPTOPS RECOVERED.FORGED APPOINTMENT LETTER AND DOCUMENTS ALSO RECOVERED.

A complaint was received at PS Cyber, the complainant alleged that she was contacted by some Muskan telephonically who stated that she is a recruiter from Shine.com. Then, she asked her to visit the job consultancy in Bhikaji Cama Palace for an interview and they collected registration fees of Rs.3500/- and Rs. 8500/- from her through google pay.

After this the complainant was issued an Appointment Letter by Sunshine HR Global Services in the name of other private companies, but they were forged and no job was given to her. As per the complaint, a case vide FIR No. 55/22 dated 21.06.22 U/s 420/468/471/34 IPC was registered at PS Cyber, Dwarka, New Delhi.(SUBHEAD)

A team lead by the Insp. Jagdish Kumar SHO/Cyber PS Dwarka and comprising SI Sahil Gahlawat, W/SI Nikita, ASI Mukash, ASI Mahabir, HC Kuldeep, W/Ct Madhu, and Ct Vikas under the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, ACP/Ops was constituted to solve the case. During investigation, the details of the alleged mobile numbers were obtained and the complainant also visited B-50, Somdatt Chamber-II, 9, Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi, and informed about the same.

Mr. M. Harsha Vardhan, IPS, DCP, Dwarka Distt. said, a trap was laid down and a raid was conducted at B-50, Somdatt Chamber-II, 9, Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi. During the raid, it was revealed that a fake placement agency was found running in the name of Sunshine HR Global Services. During the raid, 16 mobile phones, 02 laptops, several registers and forged appointment letter pads on the name of Sunshine HR Global Services were recovered and 02 males and 05 Females were also apprehended. During interrogation, it was revealed that they cheated approx. 250 job seekers of an amount of Rs. 23 lakhs approximately as registration fees.

The accused identified as Karan Kumar @ Rohit Bhatti R/o Kailash Nagar, New Delhi, Age- 24 yrs., Rohit Kashyap R/o Soniya Vihar, Karawal Nagar, North East, Delhi Age- 21 Years, five female namely: Sweety Sharma @ Shruti R/o Delhi, Age 46 yrs.Yasmeen R/o Madhya Pradesh, Age 25 yrs. Anchal R/o Delhi, Age 19 years.Preeti R/o Delhi, Age 21 Years. Muskan Singh R/o Delhi, Age 19 yrs.

RECOVERY- • 16 mobile phones. • 02 laptops.• Several registers maintained at fake placement agency. • Forged appointment letters.
