An official Parveen Bhardwaj of M/s Competent Finman Pvt. Ltd, Sector 34, Chandigarh, reported two have booked on cheating of Rs. 40 Crores dealing with shares.
In this regard case FIR No. 105 U/s 406, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of SAS Nagar Mohali (Pb) against Parveen Bhardwaj Office of M/s Competent Finman Pvt. Ltd., Sector-34, Chandigarh and others.
The alleged persons cheated the complainant for Rs. 40 Crore regarding deals with the shares. Investigation of the case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
