In major breakthrough Police Station Sector-31, Chandigarh has got success by arresting the accused persons namely Satyam Kumar S/o Rajinder Giri R/o Vill. Mungaraha PS Manjhagarh, Manjha Gopalganj, Bihar and Shishal Kumar Jaiswal @ Ankush S/o Rakesh Kumar Jaiswal R/o 296 Hallomajra Chandigarh and with their arrest a Case FIR No 98 dated 27.06.2022 U/s 363 IPC added 376(3), 120 B IPC and 4 POCSO Act , PS-31, Chandigarh have been solved under close guidance of Sh Charanjit Singh Virk DSP/South Division and under the supervision of Inspector Ranjit Singh, SHO/PS-31, Chandigarh.
Complainant stated in his complaint that her daughter Age 12 years was missing from his house without any intimation to anyone on 26.06.2022 . They searched her everywhere but could not find. It seems someone has kidnapped her.(SUBHEAD)
After registration the case a team of PS 31 headed by ASI Moti Lal, HC Sukhwinder, C Virender and Sr C Parveenkumar was constituted. During investigation it came to light from secret sources that one boy Satyam has kidnapped the girl.
With the sincere efforts of team during the course of investigation on 1.7.22 missing girl has been traced out from the possession of accused Satyam Kumar S/o RajinderGiri R/o Vill. Mungaraha PS Manjhagarh, Manjha Gopalganj, Bihar, age 19 years and accused arrested. Co-accused namely Shishal Kumar Jaiswal @ Ankush S/o Rakesh Kumar Jaiswal R/o H.no. 296 Hallomajra Chandigarh age 19 years has also been arrested in this case on 02.07.2022 from Hallomajra who had help the main accused in kidnapping the victim girl.
Both the accused persons have been produced before the Hon’ble court and sent to the judicial custody. Further investigation is in progress.
