A highly engaging and informative ‘Teachers’ Workshop’ was organised by Gillco International School, Mohali, on Saturday, 2 July 2022, for its staff members. Ms. Abha Chaudhary, an accomplished professional, educator, master trainer and entrepreneur with decades of diverse experience, was the resource person. Her behavioral coaching methodology focused on developing high-performance, positive results and achieving professional and personal balance.
In her session, she enlightened the educators about success essentials like self-esteem, assertiveness, competency, emotional maturity and time management. The educators were put on a self-evaluation mode where they had a quiet introspection. Self-orientation, a mandatory element to have credibility, confidence and competence along with interpersonal intimacy, was highlighted.(SUBHEAD)
She touched and influenced each and every soul present there with her vast experience and practical examples. The attendees felt honoured to join such a vigorous workshop by an experienced person as it catered to their regular queries to a large extent and enhanced their point of view. The Principal, Ms. Ruchi Sharma, thanked Ms. Chaudhary for enlightening the educators and sharing her learnings. This was the first segment of the series of workshops that she plans to conduct in the coming months.
