Border Security Force (BSF) troops during morning hours on Wednesday while carrying-out area domination, ahead of border fencing, noticed 01 tractor's drawbar and 01 Iron object lying in the farming field inside Indian territory in the area falling near village Bhindi Nain in Amritsar district.
BSF spokesman in Jalandhar Punjab Frontier HQ of BSFFurther, when the iron object was dissected, contraband suspected to be Heroin (Gross weight – appx 2.6 Kgs) was recovered from the cavity inside the object.
Vigilant troops of Border Security Force once again thwarted the attempt of Anti National elements to push consignment of Contraband items into India.
