One photo of AYURVEDIC DISPENSARY at Sector-28 with a Flex Banner 'THIS BUILDING IS NOT SAFE FOR HABITATION' is circulating in social media. Further news are doing round that the Ayurvedic Doctor is working from the Tent provided in the premises.
In this regard it is clarified that after the technical inspection process of its repair is being taken-up. Recently some of the staff of AYUSH Department who were continuing at the same place for more than a decade were transferred.
The display of the Flex Banner and installation of Tent in the premises seems an attempt to bring a bad name to the organization and sensitize the issue. These actions were taken without any discussion and permission from the higher authorities. Infact the senior authorities also came to know through media. The Director AYUSH has been asked to provide a factual report in the whole matter to take further action in the matter.
Meanwhile it has been decided that the Dispensary will not be operated from the Tent and some suitable alternative premises to be arranged in next few days. Till then, services of the staff posted at Sector-28 will be utilized at other places.
