Every candidate goes into every debate hoping that they can own a particular moment. Day 2 of the St. John’s All -India/ International debate saw many such moments. Passionate debating and fierce rebuttal were today’s highlights. Round 3 was Change Around where the team spoke on both the stances. The topics centered around UN SDGs. Defining opinions were put forth of which the United Nations would be proud!

In the fourth round, Intercontinental issues were discussed and debated. What set this round apart was that the members of the PRESS attended and posed questions to the debaters.

The members who attended were Mr. Man Aman Singh Chinna( Asst. Editor- Indian Express), Ms. Yojana Yadav ( Senior News Editor-Hindustan Times), Deepankar Sharda ( Sr. Staff Correspondent -The Tribune), and Ms. Kavita Bishnoi( Education reporter-Amar Ujala)(SUBHEAD)

Also present were judges, Mr Vivek Atray (Ex IAS),Mr Abhishek Gupta(Principal Consultant- HR and Business Change Management ) and Mr Sameer Parekh(Sr. Advocate – Supreme Court) for the third round and Mr. Khushwant Singh( Staff Information Commissioner),Mr. Aakarshan Singh IRS ( Asst. Director- Investigation)and Mr SPS Ghai for the fourth round.

Four teams will make it to the final round tomorrow.
