Local Police achieved a major success when the police team of Police Station Sector-26, Chandigarh under the directions Inspector Maninder Singh S.H.O/P.S Sector-26, Chandigarh apprehended One PO Namely Naseem S/O Mohd.Nisar R/O MohallaSaliyal Post. Sohanpor,Distt-Bijnore UP,Age-27 years from Satsang Bhawan Sector-26,Chandigarh .
This caseFIR No. 111 dated 9.5.2019 U/s 324,307-IPC, PS-26 was registered on the complaint of Mohd. Ahsan S/O Sh.Ashfaq R/O # 717/25 BDC Sector-26,Chandigarh in which he reported that he is fruit vendor in Grain marker,Sector-26,Chandigarh and on dated 9.5.2019 when he came at Grain market Sector-26, Chandigarh one person namely Naseem started quarreled with him and stabbed with knife on his left side of stomach.
During the course of investigation accused namely Naseem S/O Mohd.Nisar R/O MohallaSaliyal Post. Sohanpor,Distt-Binore UP,Age-27 years arrested on 18.7.2019.
Further,during trial said accused jumped the bail and accused declared PO on 25.2.2022 from the court of Sh. T.P.S Randhawa, ACJM ,Chandigarh.
