Taking joint action today, Police and Municipal Corporation, Faridabad have demolished the illegal shops set up by Javed, the aide of gangster Manoj Mangaria.
Giving information in this regard, the spokesperson of Haryana Police said that Manoj Mangaria's aide Javed was involved in criminal activities for about 14 years. Javed works to encroach land by his influence. He was also involved in criminal activities and was collecting a huge rent from the shops built at illegally acquired land.
Illegal shops constructed by accused Javed were identified by the Faridabad Police, which have been demolished today by joint taking action of police and the Municipal Corporation.
The spokesman said that 11 cases of murder, cases regarding possession of illegal weapons and assault with sticks etc. have already been registered at Police Station Surajkund against Javed son of Fateli, a resident of Badkhal village in Faridabad.
It is worth mentioning that gangster Manoj Mangaria, a notorious miscreant is in imprisonment in Central Jail Ambala. 17 cases of murder, cases of attempt to murder and possession of illegal arms etc. have been registered against him in Faridabad. Gangster Manoj Mangaria, who was arrested by the Faridabad crime branch in the year 2021, had a reward of Rs 5 lakh.
The spokesperson said that senior officers were present in view of maintaining law and order during the demolition proceedings.
The proceedings went peacully due to deployment of police force at the sight.
Shops, houses, etc constructed at illegally encroached land are being identified by the Faridabad Police, which will be demolished by taking action in the near future, he added.
