Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Ajay Bhatt visited First Battalion of the First Gorkha Rifles at Dharamshala on 20 Sep 2022. He was accompanied by Maj Gen MP Singh, GOC Dah Division and other officials from military and civil administration.
During the visit, a demonstration on Cliff Chop Assault and Special Heliborne Operations was witnessed by the Hon'ble RRM. He extolled the immaculate battle drills and operational readiness of the soldiers.
In his address, Shri Ajay Bhatt expressed his gratitude to all the soldiers for performing their duty with courage and conviction despite tremendous challenges.
The RRM appreciated the efforts of all soldiers to perpetually maintain a state of combat readiness. He also exhorted the forces to keep the National Flag high through unflinching dedication, asserting that the Nation can achieve absolute potential only when its borders are safe.
