In major breakthrough, the Police has succeed by arresting two accused persons involved in snatching case and recovered snatched mobile phone from their possession.
As, a case FIR No. 58 dated 12.09.2022 u/s 379/A, 34 IPC was registered on the complaint of Dev Kumar S/o Dinesh Kumar, R/o H. No. 623 Small Flats Maloya, Chandigarh who reported that on 12.09.2022, at about 12:55 pm he was returning for home on cycle when he reached near Hanuman Marble Dhanas, Chandigarh two snatcher on Splendour M/cycle snatched his his mobile phone make Vivo V-17 Pro and ran away from the spot.
During the course of investigation on 29.09.2022 both accused Jaskaran @ Jassu S/o Sikander Singh, R/o H. No. 356. Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh, Age 19 Years and Sanjeev @ Kali S/o Ram Kumar, R/o H. No. 380 Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh, Age 25 Years have been arrested and the snatched mobile phone was recovered from the possession of accused. Both have been sent to judicial custody.
The investigation of the case is going on.
Both the accused hails from Milak Colony Dhanas, as one Jaskaran @ Jassu S/o Sikander Singh H. No. 356. Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh and unemployed, the other Sanjeev @ Kali S/o Ram Kumar, H. No. 380 Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh, is also unemployed.
Both are previous involed in two cases, in FIR No. 103 dated 09.11.2021 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act PS-Sarangpur and FIR No. 04 dated 21.01.2022 U/s 379 added 411 IPC PS-Sarangpur
